01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ra999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amount held in your Account, comprising real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, or incentive amounts credited to your Account under a ra999 promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer title, slot, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ra999 using your CNIC or passport documentation.
• "Platform" means the ra999.vu website and all associated services, including mobile-optimised access, games lobby, account management, and payment processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of real-money wagering that must be completed before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Winnings" means any monetary amount credited to your Account as a result of a successful wager outcome on the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you:

1. Have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. Are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
4. Agree to be bound by these Terms, including all amendments that may be made from time to time in accordance with Section 12.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account and use the ra999 Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. ra999 employs automated and manual age verification checks at the point of registration and through periodic KYC review processes.

3.2 Age Verification Process

Upon registration, ra999 will initiate a KYC verification process requiring you to submit valid documentary evidence of your date of birth, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Access to full Platform functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification.

3.3 Consequences of Underage Access

Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be:

• Immediately and permanently suspended without prior notice.
• Subject to forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any Winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
• Subject to return of verified real-money deposits minus any applicable administrative fees.
• Reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The ra999 Platform is made available to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ra999 reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access from certain geographic locations at its sole discretion.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the ra999 Platform. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ra999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information — including falsifying your age, name, or identity documents — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account suspension and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ra999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised Account access, you must contact ra999 support immediately via live chat.

4.4 Account Verification

ra999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction or permanent closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ra999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 via supported mobile wallet methods. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ra999 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• ra999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically complete within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the ra999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly stated for a specific payment method (e.g., USDT transactions processed in USD equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of conversion).

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to payment provider processing delays, network congestion, or enhanced verification requirements. All times stated are for accounts with completed KYC verification.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ra999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP-exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player may claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated Winnings can be withdrawn.
• ra999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the Account may be permanently closed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements vary by bonus type and are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Any unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period. Certain game types may contribute differently to or be excluded from Wagering Requirement calculation — please refer to individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Until applicable Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied, Bonus Funds and any Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal. ra999 reserves the right to remove Bonus Funds from your Account at any time if it is determined that they were obtained in breach of these Terms.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the ra999 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to independent certification for fairness, randomness, and integrity. RNG-based games use independently audited Random Number Generator technology. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers under strict studio protocols and multi-camera oversight.

7.2 Accepted Bets

Wagers placed on the ra999 Platform are accepted subject to applicable game rules. ra999 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, displayed incorrect odds, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.3 Collusion and Cheating

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited. ra999 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns and will take immediate action against any Account found to be engaged in such conduct, including immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ra999 Platform. Any Account found to be engaged in any of the following may be immediately suspended and the relevant balance may be withheld pending investigation:

• Registering an Account while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's Account or payment methods without their express consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information or documentation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or mechanical devices to place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Using the Platform in any way that constitutes money laundering or the financing of illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits through your payment provider.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other geo-spoofing technology to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

09 Responsible Gaming

ra999 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We recognise that whilst online gaming is an entertainment activity for the majority of players, a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours. We take our duty of care towards all players seriously and provide the following responsible gaming tools directly within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ra999 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphical interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, databases, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ra999 or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, published, licensed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ra999.

The ra999 name and logo are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any ra999 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra999 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond the reasonable control of ra999, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform prior to a technical correction.

In no event shall ra999's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ra999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ra999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ra999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include notification via registered email address, an in-platform notification banner, or a notice on the ra999 Login page.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account at any time by contacting ra999 support.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the ra999 Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact ra999 customer support in the first instance via live chat or by email to the address set out in Section 14. ra999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receiving the complaint.

13.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be escalated through ra999's formal complaints process. Please request details of this process from the ra999 support team. ra999 will provide a formal written response to all complaints submitted through the formal process within 28 days.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ra999 holds its gaming licence. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
